BIRTHDAY PARTY

Kids are fun, but planning fun for them isn’t that easy. A hard yet happily done task was this birthday party organised by our team in the month of January.

Like we’ve always said, all you need is a good idea and a supportive event management team, and you’re all set to spread happiness around.

So this birthday party was really fun. A cute little princess just turned 6 and her parents had newly shifted in Bengaluru. So pretty girl didn’t have much friends and that is when Mrs and Mr m  Aggarwal approached us. The party was set up in a lawn with kids’ favourite balloons all around, with a Barbie doll cake and fun and healthy snacks for kids. Our motive was not just to bring friends for Megha (birthday girl) but spread warmth of love and develop new relations and bonds between the families. Luckily her birthday was falling on Sunday, so we went to her school, invited and requested the management to give us contact details of her various classmates and this is how our idea brought smiles on the little faces and feeling of content in the eyes of their parents.

WEDDING

Wedding- a part of life that becomes life. This particular occasion is considered as the most auspicious occasion in Hindu culture and thus it has to be something worth adoring for lifetime.

So this wedding function of Mr and Mrs Banerjee was organised in their hometown, Durgapur, West Bengal. What an experience it was to organise and look after the minute details of each ceremony. The wedding took around three days and our management team was over excited to work in a town for the first time. From the entrance of the guests till the departure of the bride, every ritual was running smoothly, appreciation to the coordinating event management team. Booking the venue, setting up the “mandap”, taking care of the guests arrived, displaying elegance and not just energy taught us how to give a personal touch in our professionalism.
